Modernisation of Hirschhorn Navigation Lock, Heidelberg, Germany

PERI engineers developed an unusual but efficient formwork solution for the repair of the Hirschhorn navigation lock on the Neckar river.

Nile River Barrage, Naga Hammadi, Egypt

The new Naga Hammadi barrage is one of three dam projects which are currently being developed on the Nile River with the aim of improving the water and electricity supply to the Upper Egypt region.

Walnut Creek Dam, Austin, Texas

For this project, PERI offered the TRIO modular wall formwork system. Using only one type of connection device, called the BFD, multiple configurations of various panel sizes could be easily connected together.

Discharge facility, Flood Control Storage Basin Glatten/Hammerschmiede

For the 62 m long and 27 m wide discharge facility, two parallel side walls, which rise in the direction of the centre with heights ranging between 3.30 m and 13.50 m, were to be constructed.

Ford Quality Scheme, Herne Bay, Kent

The Ford Quality Scheme at Herne Bay involved the construction of a 62m x 35m x 4.70m high underground reservoir, a pumping station and 6km of water pipeline.
